Table Service Concierge Hours of Operation
Please allow up to 48 hours between response times.
We respond to inquiries in the order they are received, prioritizing requests for events happening sooner.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 8 PM
If your event is happening over the immediate upcoming weekend, we will respond in time for the event.
For future events, responses resume after the weekend (48 hours begins Monday).
Table Service Basics
1. What is included in Table Service:
- Admission for between 6-12 people (depending on table section reserved)
- All tables in all sections include tickets for the event.
- This means you do not need to purchase tickets
- Extra bands may be available for an additional cost (subject to space availability)
- Private table with booth/bench style seating
- Expedited VIP entrance
- Dedicated Server & Busser

3. Mezzanine Table Setup
- Setup: Tables on the second-floor mezzanine.
- View: Overlooking GA, further from the performer, with an impressive view overlooking the venue
- Ambiance: with tables above the crowd, it feels a bit more removed than GA with more privacy
**Prime Mezz Table 5 is the best table in the Mezzanine; its centered directly on its own platform right in front of the performance stage, so no one will be walking past or beside you
4. Show start and end times & headliners:
- Table service doors open the same time as GA doors
- You can arrive to open your table anytime after doors open
- Event start and end time are displayed on our website; locate the show you are interested in > click on ‘event’ > times are posted at the top of the event
5. Set Times
- Staff is not directly provided with set times. Although rarely, if the artist(s) allow us to release the set times, they will be posted to our socials:

7. Parking Information
- A.i does not provide parking
- We are located in an industrial part of Union Market, allowing for some street parking. But please note that there is no parking available in front of the venue.
- Park at your own risk. A.i is not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or vandalism outside or inside of any vehicle.
8. What to expect upon arrival
- Arrival and check-in instructions will be sent after your purchase is confirmed
- Table service has its own entrance, so upon arrival please look for the markers for the entrance found here. Please provide the name of the reservation to the table concierge to get you processed and checked-in.
- Mandatory ID Check: Everyone must provide a physical, government-issued ID (no pictures will be accepted).
- If using foreign identification: Click HERE to learn about our ID policies.
- The reservation holder will be taken to the podium - We will need one matching credit card and ID to start the table (No debit cards will be accepted.)
- CC & ID will be placed in an envelope and handed directly to a server for safekeeping until the end of service.
- Card & ID will be required even if:
- Paying in cash
- Your party is planning to split the bill
- You have already paid for the table in full.
- Yes, the card holder who opts to open the table can differ from the name of the reservation holder. If the cardholder and reservation name differ, we simply require the cardholder to be the one to sign the commitment envelope.
- Once everyone is banded, a table runner will escort you and your guests to your table section.
- No, you and your guests do not need to arrive at the same time. BUT the reservation holder is officially the only one allowed to open the table.
- Please read number #15 if you plan to arrive at different times, to ensure there are no issues at the door.
- No, you do not need to send us a list of your guests.
- No, you do not need to ask for a specific person at the door, we simply need the name of the reservation.
Dress code- There is no dress code for any event at A.i. Tops and bottoms are required entry at every event unless otherwise noted. Shoes- for your safety, we highly discourage any open-toe shoes or high heels.
9.What to expect at close-out
- If you have gone over your minimum, you are responsible for paying for the overage.
- Gratuity of 20% is automatically included, though you are welcome to give more!
- If, at the end of service, you have not met the minimum spend, we will add an item to the bill labeled “remaining minimum” and input the remaining sum necessary in order to meet the required minimum spend.
- Forms of payment accepted:
- Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Cash
- The card that was used to open the table does not need to be the same card to close it. This means you may choose to split up the bill or have a different person in your party pay the whole bill - up to you.
- If you paid a deposit, your server will apply your deposit as a deduction against your check. (Please note: Purchases for tables on Shotgun are only valid for entry and are not a deposit towards the table minimum)
Disclaimer: Please be aware that an automatic 20% gratuity charge will be added to your bill at the end of service in the event of your bill not being closed out properly due to either leaving the premises before closing out or not choosing a gratuity amount at the time of closing out the bill.
10.Terms & Conditions of Booking a Table
- A.i requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our venue guests and employees. In addition to our policies and procedures, the company reserves the right to eject anyone exhibiting violent or disrespectful behavior at our discretion, that is inconsistent with the company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website.
- Guests must comply with all venue policies. Disregarding or violating such policies will automatically invalidate any table(s) purchased. The guest(s) will not receive a refund of any kind and will be denied access to the venue.

11.How many guests are allowed at the table?
- The number of guests at your table depends on which table you have reserved.
- Please see the Table Map for reference:
- Tables 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 : Up to 12 guests
- Table 5 : Up to 10 guests
- Tables 8, 9, 10 : Up to 6 guests
- Guests must comply with all venue policies. Disregarding or violating such policies will automatically invalidate any table(s) purchased. The guest(s) will not receive a refund of any kind and will be denied access to the venue .
12.What if your party will be less than the table capacity amount ?
- Our tables are set for 6, 8, 10, and 12 respectively. You can show up with less than this amount but we do not adjust/lower the minimum to accommodate the lower headcount.
13.What if your party will be more than the table capacity amount ?
- Based on which table you reserved, only the allotted number of guests will be given wristbands for mezzanine access.
14.Can your friends in GA come visit you in table service?
- No. Only those guests who have been allotted table service bands will be permitted in the mezzanine and able to join you.
- *If we notice more than the allotted sum of people at your table they will be removed. If it continues to be an issue your entire party may be asked to leave and you will forfeit your payments
15.Can guests arrive at different times - or prior to the person who reserved the table?
- Yes!
- Before the person who reserved the table?:
- If someone other than the person who reserved the table will be arriving early AND wants to open the table (*if they don’t wish to ‘open the table’ then they will be asked to wait until the reservation holder arrives)
1. Send the name (only one) of the person who is allowed to open the table to reservations@aipopup.com
2. This guest will be required to put down a matching credit card AND Id and order at least one bottle to the table.
3. When the reservation holder arrives, it will be decided whether to return the card and id or charge any items that have been ordered.
16.Is there an age requirement for table service guests?
- All guests must be 21+. No Exceptions.
- Please refer to ID policies.
17.Is there a coat check?
- Yes! Located directly across from our Main bar is our Coat Check!
- Coat check is seasonal: October-April
- Prices may vary
- One item per hanger
- A.i is not responsible for items left within articles of clothing.
18.I lost an item at one of the shows. Help!
- If you believe you lost something at one of our shows, please email info@aipopups.com.
- Please include a detailed description of the item and what area of the venue you last saw the item in question.
19.What are your ID policies?
- The following documents will be accepted as proof of age for entry:
- A valid driver's license or state-, territory-, or province-issued ID card from the US or Canada
- A valid passport
- A valid military ID from the US
- A temporary ID from the US Department of Motor Vehicles, along with the expired ID it is replacing.
- A Global Entry card issued by the US
- U.S. Permanent Resident Cards
- All documents must be physically present upon entry (no photographs/scans).
- Here are a few things that WILL NOT count as valid ID:
- All Foreign ID documents, including Foreign Driver’s License (only valid Passport/Visas are acceptables)
- International Drivers Licenses
- University ID cards
- Photographs of any ACCEPTED form of identification
- Presenting a fake ID, assisting an underaged person to enter the venue, and/or allowing another person to use their ID, will result in denied entry and a ban from future events.
Tickets - FAQ’s & Policies
DISCLAIMER: The table service department cannot assist you with ticketing-related questions or sales.
Table service can only respond to table service specific reservations & inquiries. To purchase tickets, please do so directly on our website.
20. Do you need to buy tickets if you are buying a table?
- No. Your table comes with admission for either 6,8, 10 or 12 depending on the table you reserved.
21. What if you have already purchased tickets?
- Tickets cannot be applied to your table.
- Eventbrite is A.i’s only official ticket provider.
- The venue is not responsible for any issues that may arise with third party ticketing platforms or resellers.
22. Do table service bands give you backstage access?
- No. The table service bands will only give you access to the area in which you purchased your table.
About - Tables, Fees and Minimums
23. Can you purchase multiple tables?
- Yes! All multiple table service reservations for the same event will be plotted together.
- You will only be allotted the total number of bands that each table allows.
24. Does the table “minimum” cover all alcohol?
- Yes, the minimum covers everything on the bottle service menu (bottles, liquor/beers, seltzers, non-alcoholic, etc).

25. What is a minimum and how does it work?
- The “minimum” spend posted is before taxes and gratuity.
- A “minimum spend” is the minimum amount of money you must spend at your table; this is the predetermined amount indicated in the table you chose at time of purchase.
- How does it work: While on premises you must order enough product to satisfy the minimum spend.
- (Example) You just paid for a $2000 ++ minimum table, via the booking calendar: when you arrive at the venue you will be required to order up to $2,000 worth of product to meet that paid minimum. This does not mean you are paying anything extra, you are simply ordering up to $2000 worth of items from the menu to meet the minimum required spend.
- If you go over the minimum then at the end of service you will pay for the difference.
26. What are the table service fees?

27. Can you pick your table(s)?
- No, we cannot guarantee specific tables, however, you will be plotted within the section that you choose at the time of reservation.
- If you have a preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
28. How long is the table yours?
- From when you arrive until when you close out.
29. Are you required to stay at your table?
- No, feel free to wander downstairs to GA.
- Please note, if your entire party wishes to leave the section, the head of the table must notify the server.
- When you notify the server that you will be leaving the section, at your request all products will be removed from the table and returned to the table only when the head of table confirms his party’s return.
- If you fail to notify the server of your departure from the section, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products.
30. What is the cancellation policy?
- You are welcome to cancel up to 48 hours before your reservation without charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur up to a 50% fee.
